Our family is deeply grateful to Chism Smith Funeral Home for their compassion and professionalism during such a difficult time. Mrs. Davis was incredibly attentive, respectful, and communicative from the very beginning. She guided us with care and understanding through every step of my grandfathers funeral arrangements. What stood out the most was her discretion and genuine kindness  she made an emotional process feel a little lighter with her calm presence and attention to detail. Every part of the service was handled with dignity and grace, and we truly felt supported and cared for throughout. From the moment we reached out, Heather was a calming and compassionate presence during one of the most overwhelming and emotional times of our lives. Even though we live in Rockwall and Chism-Smith is located in Irving, we would choose them again in a heartbeat. Heather went above and beyond in every single way  guiding us through difficult decisions with patience, grace, and empathy. She took the reins when I was too overwhelmed to know where to begin, handling everything from the delicate process of picking Mom up from our home, to putting together a beautiful tribute video complete with music and edited photos, to designing custom thank-you cards that perfectly honored her memory.
