My Mother's end of life journey was very stressful for myself & my husband. She passed late night during a bad ice storm which made driving very treacherous. The Neptune representative picked mom up very promptly risking their own safety! Everything was done to the letter of her contract! Choosing Neptune to take care of this portion of end of life was the best decision we made!
