My experience overall was good, no major issues. Whenever I reached out, the person who answered was always kind, patient, and helpful. My only feedback is to improve communication throughout the process. Many people going through this are first-timers, grieving, and unsure of what to expect. A little guidance goes a long way. After I signed the contract, I didnt receive even a confirmation email. Weeks passed with no update until I got a call about payment. I paid immediately and was a bit surprised to learn that my grandmother hadnt been cremated yetbut it wasnt a major issue. Then more weeks went by with no contact until her ashes arrived. Suggestion: Please keep families updated without them having to reach out first. Even a simple were still working on things message would help tremendously. Thank you!
