For starters Damien has been a true blessing to me and my family for not only my Fathers funeral in June but my Mothers memorial as well 73 days later. Tillman welcomed me and my family as if they were distant cousins here to walk us through the process and guide us through this bereavement process so smoothly. Dan Fairchild is amazing. I highly recommend him. Dan was kind, compassionate, thorough, incredibly knowledgeable, and responded to my emails seemingly instantly, regardless of the time of day (I live in California so there is a three-hour difference). I also recommend that you, like my sister who passed away, make funeral arrangements with Dan for yourself, before you pass away. By making arrangements with Dan in advance, she spared us the burden of wondering what she wanted. Thank you, Mr. Fairchild, for making a difficult time much less difficult.

I have nothing but the best to say about Dan Fairchild and the gracious and kind way he treated me regarding the services for my brother. Dan went beyond what would have been the standard treatment and went the extra mile for me at a very short notice. I can highly recommend the Fairchild Funeral Home! This was my third experience with this funeral home and all have been positive-this time I was present when the staff came to pick up and they could not have been more professional or caring. Dan actually apologized for not being able to come personally at the time. Five years ago he took care of my husband perfectly, four years ago my Mother In Law and now my Mom. I would highly recommend this funeral home/Crematory in Tallahassee.

Beggs did a very nice job of being clear, friendly, and helpful throughout the process of my Dads final arrangements. They guided us through the process as first timers, answered a ton of questions, and were very genuine and caring. Its clear this is not just a job to their employees but something they really take personally. Billy, Mildred, and Grace made the death experience far more bearable. Their kindness and consideration was a Godsend.

I wanted to say this funeral parlor was the best you could ask for Mr. Johnson and Ms. Mildred were so patient and so kind to all of us when we had to lay our dad to rest. Even though we did not have any services they had such a comfortable atmosphere. They also had a grief dog they trained to be kind to the survivors while setting up what the family needed to do, to take of dad. I just wish Doctors took a few more mins of their time in getting death certificates signed, it puts a huge strain on the family and of course the kind people at the funeral parlor. We just wanted to thank you all at Beggs you took care of mom and dad so they may now be togehter once again.

We have used Bevis Funeral Home twice since we moved here about 45 years ago. Our son died in a car crash and just recently my husband died. Both services we received were excellent. The Bevis Funeral home did an excellent job in both cases. They are caring and supportive to our family in both cases. They served us in a great understanding of our loss in both cases. I would use them again.

An Extraordinary Standard of Compassion and Professionalism

My brother recently passed away. He had pre-arranged services at Culleys. We contacted Raegan. From the first contact on she and Erica treated us like family. I don't know if we could have handled it without their help. They handled everything including picking my brother up from 90 miles away. They were extremely compassionate and empathetic especially to my almost 90-year-old mother who was losing her only son. They are truly an asset to this business. I strongly recommend if in need contact this business and they will treat you too like family.

Culleys Meadowwood Funeral Home did a phenomenal job from start to finish with my dads memorial service arrangements. They quickly corrected any errors in the obituary and made sure the website, which had inadvertently left information on date/time/place of service, blank on the website, was quickly corrected. In addition, the funeral director, Shanna Walker, went above and beyond the call of duty by pre-arranging the displays on the tables in the funeral chapel and even drove by my hotel to drop off important documents so I didnt need to make additional trips back to Culleys. The entire staff was friendly, warm and attentive and very professional. I highly recommend them for all your funeral arrangements.

Lifesong staff were caring and compassionate, making the best of a sad, difficult situation.

I first had contact with Lifesong in 2020 when they handled my Mother's cremation. I was extremely happy with their handling of the whole process. I recently set up a prepaid cremation plan for myself. Sara was very pleasant, and answered all my questions. It was a very painless process!! I would highly recommend Lifesong to handle all their funeral needs.

I recently worked with Neptune Society for my husband's cremation, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. From start to finish, their customer service was top-rate, and their compassion truly shone through during a difficult time. Losing my Dad was so very hard for me and my family. Dr. Richardson and his staff was such a blessing to work with. We had challenges that could have made everything even more difficult but having Dr. Richardson and his staff's support by stepping in relieved a lot of pressure. Our service turned out great and everything was beautiful. My Dad was cremated but doing the veiwing service it was so amazing how much he looked like himself and happy all I could do was cry and smile because I know he went home and was at peace. My family only has good things to say about Dr. Derryck Richardson, Sr. and the services rendered by The Richardson Group Funerals & Cremations Inc. My mother passed away in April 2023. Without hesitation, The Richardson Group was selected because they provided exceptional services for our father's funeral in 2008. However, living out of state, I was unaware of the financial problems the Richardson Group encountered in the past. After being made aware of the circumstances, we were hesitant to move forward with arrangements. Our family entertained the idea of switching funeral homes but decided to follow through with The Richardson Group. When Derryck was made aware of our concerns, he openly and honestly addressed the issues, assuring us that the very best professional services would be provided. And he was true to his word! I cant speak well enough about this business. We lost our baby daughter back in May and chose Young Fulford Funeral Home because they had a Crawfordville location which was convenient for us. During the worst week of our life, Skip Young gracefully walked my husband through the planning process and helped him with every detail. When the day came to cremate our daughter, we had the option to sit at the funeral home while it happened and I cannot imagine not having had the option. Apparently its not common to have that privilege, and all I can say is thank you to Jackie and Skip for allowing us to be there for our girl that day. They have a beautiful quiet chapel where we sat, played worship music, and cried. Truly such a healing experience for my husband and I. Never thought Id have to leave a review for a funeral home at this stage of my life, but I cant speak well enough about them and want others to know how wonderful our experience was.
