I highly recommend this funeral home. Dayana Sosa, the owner was very respectful, responsive & accommodating. They did a great job applying my mother's funeral makeup. They very flexible regarding the space allowing me to bring my mother's art pieces, coffee & pastelitos. My only critique is some of lamps in the lobby were not working. Otherwise, my family was very satisfied with this service.

The loss of my grandmother was sudden and unexpected, and during such a difficult time, his empathy and dedication meant everything to us. We traveled all the way from Madison, Wisconsin, and right after the holidays everything was completely booked. Despite this, Felipe did everything possible to help us secure space at the funeral home, connect us with the cemetery, and arrange a burial time. The death of my brother was devastating, Alexandra received us with such kindness, compassion, understanding and most of all professionalism. I dont know why this funeral home doesnt have a complete full 5 stars. They are amazing. I have called multiple funeral homes and not only are they the cheapest in Miami but the sweetest. Suzette handled my billing and booking and she has been an angel during and even after the process. Ms. Nancy was there the day of the actual service and she attended to us and all of our needs. She exceeded my expectations. We didnt feel rushed during our viewing and Ms. Nancy even help me set up the decoration. I cant express the words of gratitude I have for these two women. You would think working in this business they would desensitized, but the level of compassion and empathy these two have is unmatched. I hope you all read this and book with them. The bird road location was so cozy, with old school Hispanic mom decor . I viewed several funeral homes and it was my favorite for my mother.
