The death of my brother was devastating, Alexandra received us with such kindness, compassion, understanding and most of all professionalism. Having experienced the loss of my younger brother only 2 years earlie, the grief was still fresh and all too familar, I used another funeral service and wished I would have come to Van Orsdel what a difference. There are no words to express how thankful we are for all her help, she was patient to the numerous questions, she took her time to explain the process and addressed our needs and what we wanted to represent my brothers life. She treated us like family. We will forever be grateful to Alexandra and Van Orsdel for the services they provided for our loved one. She kept me updated and helped me organize flowers, pictures and work with me as I coordinated family arrivals. She is an asset and excellent at what she does.
