Very pleased with Tulip Cremation. Purchased a package for my husband when he was diagnosed with dementia. They were extremely efficient when he passed, responding immediately when I called to say he had passed away. I have since ordered a cremation package for myself - tho in excellent health. I have the peace of mind, knowing that my family will know exactly what to do when I pass. I highly recommend them.

I worked with Madison after my brother passed and despite such awful circumstances, she made the entire experience so easy for me. She was so kind and helpful and kept me informed every step of the process, even calling after delivery to confirm received . I hope I am never in the situation again, but if I am, THIS is the company and lady I will call.

I cant say enough good things about Erinn and the entire team. When my brother passed away, we wanted to honor his wishes to be cremated. From the moment I called the funeral home, I felt confident they would handle everything. Erinn provided all the information we needed and guided us through the entire process. He went above and beyond by helping me find a keepsake urn for one side of the family. Losing a loved one is never easy, but they made it so we didnt have to worry about a thing and accommodated all of our requests. They kept us updated every step of the way, from picking up my brother at the hospital to delivering his remains.

When I met with Lowell MacDonald to make arrangements for my mother to be laid to rest in our home town in Pennsylvania, he thought the corporate owned PA cemetery charges, which he explained are based on commission, were unusually high. He encouraged me to contact a family owned funeral home in PA which I did, and that advice saved my family over $2,300. This past Saturday 1/31/26 we went to the crematorium to see our friend in her final resting state. The entire time we were there, Ronald was polite, kind & so respectful of our feelings during our time of mourning. He gave us as much time as we needed. He explained the process and was very informative. We appreciate the time Ronald took.

Tj is very compassionate and caring. He handled my mother's cremation and he was a comforting element in what was a very difficult and sad time of our lives. I want to start off by saying I am beyond thankful for TJ and his staff. Theyve not only always shown immense professionalism but also kindness. As a hospice nurse Im familiar with a few funeral homes in the area TJ is the only one who will always answer his phone. 2am TJ picks up and is always kind and professional. His staff are great and welcoming. Ive never heard one complaint from them either. TJ is so good at what he does. He treats everyone with respect and dignity and that is very evident.

The service I received at Gonzalez Funeral Home was truly above and beyond. From the very beginning, I was truly touched by Sean and all he did, his generosity knows no bounds. Glenn was truly amazing to work with. He made what is still an extremely difficult time, easier. He was also very generous, understanding and caring. Mario Martinez sat in on my meeting with Glenn and was very kind and helpful as well. After my grandfather's cremation, I received a call from Adam Mestres expressing his condolences. A true gentleman who is very caring and comforting. I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all you did for me and my grandfather. You all made it possible for me to transport his remains to Chicago just in time for Christmas, so they could be with the remains of my grandmother and mother...eternally grateful, may God bless you all greatly.
