This past Saturday 1/31/26 we went to the crematorium to see our friend in her final resting state. The entire time we were there, Ronald was polite, kind & so respectful of our feelings during our time of mourning. He gave us as much time as we needed. He explained the process and was very informative. We appreciate the time Ronald took.
