We cant thank enough Mr Jim for his very personal and professional service we got for our beloved Cooper . At the time of our loss , he made all things possible. He handled our pet with care and compassion from the start . We were so happy that we had a mini wake minutes before our pet was put on cremation , the best thing was, we all witnessed it privately including the careful handling of ashes . This process brought some healing and help with closure. Thank you so much Mr Jim .

It gives me comfort knowing that my sweet Ellie will be cremated on-site and not sent to an off-location facility where they do mass pet cremations. I used to be in the vet industry and have seen these types of facilities. You'd be lucky to get your pet's cremains back. Jimmy was compassionate over the phone and flexible with scheduling.
