While I hope I never have to again for obvious reasons, I 100% would use Cascade again in the future. Venice was straightforward and kind, allowing me to make the necessary decisions without pressure and explaining the details patiently during a difficult time. Everything that could be easy, was. Thank you also to Leah and Michael for their care.

I've never had to go through this process before and they made it very straightforward. They kept me up to date on each step of the process and the cost wasn't nearly as much as some of the other places I've seen. They are very considerate and kind as well.

I hate to have to say I needed Cascade memorial again so soon but they make it easy and I would recommend them to anyone I know ! Thank you again

Staff were empathetic and caring. Having an office In Bellevue as well as the funeral home in Sumner was convenient. Was able to handle all details over the phone or online, including obtaining the number of death certificates I requested. Staff later contacted me to offer support suggestions.

13 years ago I found my first dog at Seattle humane and we all coined the sweet 1 year old mutt the king of dogs. This month I went back and found a sweet fluffy puppy to add to our family again. We are so thankful to our fairy godmother at Seattle humane that knew the right puppy for us. The facility is amazing, so many lovely pets, and the workers were all so full of joy and wisdom.

During this difficult process the staff helped to make this a much more relaxing experience. The entire funeral and burial went perfectly. If you get a choice, please request to work directly with Jamie and Pat. They are outstanding. By the end of this, their consistent empathy and helpfulness made us feel like they were part of our actual family. The entire facility and grounds were perfectly kept every time we have visited.
