In September 2025 we got the call we'd dreaded, my younger brother was found deceased, he had completed suicide. He was homeless at the time of his death. But Jason treated us with care and respect , and we won't ever forget that! The compassion shown from the first call to pacific NW Cremation, was so welcomed especially shown to my mother, who begged Jason to fix her boy . The cost was so much more affordable than our local funeral home. We are truly thankful for the referral from a friend for Pacific NW Cremation

What a truly incredible experience we had at a very difficult time in my life. We were late to our appointment. They were full of grace and compassion. Nate was actually an angel in human form in the way he approached us and handles the day with compassion and even a little laughter along the way. I felt an ease knowing that he was the one who was going to be caring for my father. Im so glad we picked this funeral home after finding out the one my dad chose had closed. What a gift these humans are to people in deep grief.

Words cannot express how amazing Hennessey Valley Funeral Home is. They've handled both of my parents funerals and each and every time, they have gone above and beyond for me and my family. Mr. Trent Nielsen has always handled my arrangements with compassion and was always patient with me with everything I was struggling to handle. Each and every one of their staff members have made me and my family feel like we were the only ones they were catering to, and that is something I've never found anywhere else. Ever. I am truly grateful for everything they've done to make sure my parents funerals were beautiful and unforgettable. Thank you Mr. Trent and staff, I will always come back to you for all of my family's needs when the time comes.

We had an amazing experience - Dr. Megan helped us with the whole process, and I want to say how great at her job she is. She was very compassionate, respectful, and professional, all while talking us through every step of what she was doing. Our doggo felt safe with her until his final moments and he even gave us all one last tail wag right when she sat next to him the first time. Thank you so much Megan; keep doing what you do :)
