My wife and I put off making final arrangements for many years. Now in our mid 70s, we made an appointment with Lana. She was wonderful with us. Lana was very knowledgeable, informative, kind, and so respectful. The whole process took less than 2 hours. We are glad we got this done so our children won't have much to deal with at our passing.

The passing of our mom was truly a great loss. Lana with Evergreen handled everything with such care and compassion which made the process a bit easier to go through. Speaking with Janice was also a calming experience. We are thankful for the professional, kind, service Evergreen provides.

5 years ago Christmas eve my Nana passed. She was such a strong independent woman. She was kind. She had a sharp wit, she was our rock. When she passed we were lost. As we gather years later there is a debt of gratitude I must pay. I accompanied my mom to Cafasso funeral home on what must have been the hardest day of her life. The kindness we were met with, the interest that Joe showed in my Nana. Who she was, what she liked. It made that moment so special. As we gathered for christmas this year, I realized everybody remembered her services, but nobody said thank you to the people who made it happen. Joe, thank you for all the Dandelions, her favorite, there were plenty and we noticed EVERYBODY noticed. Thank you for making a very tough time so very special. Phil Ciavardone

Renee took such good care of my family when my nephew passed tragically. I remember calling several funeral homes while feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what to do, and speaking with Renee was an immediate relief. She was calm, kind, and easy to talk to, which made a hard situation feel a little more manageable. ((Renee truly went above and beyond for us. She was patient, compassionate, and always willing to answer my many questions and return my many phone calls. Having someone so caring and supportive during that time meant more than I can ever put into words, I am incredibly grateful. Choice cremations took excellent care of our family and treated my nephew with great respect. I would highly recommend to anyone needing these services

Very pleased with the service we received during the most unimaginably difficult situation. Renee was the primary POC for my situation and she was kind, compassionate, and did her utmost to accommodate our schedule and my questions. We had flown in from another state to handle the unexpected death of my son. It was a unique situation dealing with a divorced (but amicable) mom and dad and they handled everything with compassion and kindness. While I hope I never need their services again, I would not hesitate to do so, if/as needed.

When we laid my loved one to rest at Cypress Lawn Memorial Park, the compassion and care we received meant more than words can express. The staff treated us like family  patient, kind, and truly understanding of what we were going through. The grounds are always beautiful, quiet, and full of life in their own gentle way. Its comforting to know our loved one rests in such a serene and well-cared-for place. Well always be grateful for the warmth and respect shown to our family during such a difficult time.

I worked with Lylya Charles to buy a few plots, she was available whenever I needed her and she satisfied all the questions which I had. The whole process went really smooth.I really recommend her services.

After the unexpected loss of my step daughters mom we were overwhelmed and unknowledgeable about the arrangement process. Sunrise Cremation was amazing during the entire process, walking us through what to expect step by step. We had a complicated situation since the deceased was an unclaimed person. The staff at Sunrise was patient, kind, knowledgeable, helpful and much more affordable than other crematoriums we looked at. They even assisted us in picking out mourning jewelry.
