Renee took such good care of my family when my nephew passed tragically. I remember calling several funeral homes while feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what to do, and speaking with Renee was an immediate relief. She was calm, kind, and easy to talk to, which made a hard situation feel a little more manageable. ((Renee truly went above and beyond for us. She was patient, compassionate, and always willing to answer my many questions and return my many phone calls. Having someone so caring and supportive during that time meant more than I can ever put into words, I am incredibly grateful. Choice cremations took excellent care of our family and treated my nephew with great respect. I would highly recommend to anyone needing these services

Very pleased with the service we received during the most unimaginably difficult situation. Renee was the primary POC for my situation and she was kind, compassionate, and did her utmost to accommodate our schedule and my questions. We had flown in from another state to handle the unexpected death of my son. It was a unique situation dealing with a divorced (but amicable) mom and dad and they handled everything with compassion and kindness. While I hope I never need their services again, I would not hesitate to do so, if/as needed.
