During our sad time losing our sweet boy Memphis Eternal Paws and Ashley were absolutely wonderful. Very caring and went over everything. The paw and nose ink prints turned out amazing and they truly will be lasting memories for our family. They even reminded me about getting snips of his fur before we departed. Our cat passed away just past midnight this morning and I called Eternal Paws at 8 a.m. Nathan answered the phone and was a joy to work with under the circumstances. Very easy to make an appointment for later that morning and walked me through the process. Met Ashley at noon. Both people were super wonderful to work with. Thank you for your compassion in this very difficult time.
