Just want to thank Spokane Cremation service for really helping me and my brothers our mother passed and bill took care of us he knew our situation that being us from California he knew we needed her back as soon as possible he kept his word and made it happen we were able to get ourselves and our mother's remains back to California. Spokane Cremation and Funeral Service took care of the final services for both my mother-in-law and then a few months later, my father-in-law. We had the foresight to find a company before they passed, and we were very happy with the compassion and caring from the entire staff at the Spokane Cremation and Funeral. They did not rush me in making decisions about urns. At the end, we just called them and let them know the time had come, and they were there within a short period of time and they waited for the family to hug and cry before bringing a beautiful quilt (not just a sheet or plastic covering) to wrap each of my in-laws lovingly. It was so respectful, and something that I had not thought about before hand, but appreciated at the time. I am so grateful to them for their caring support. They offered options of small necklaces or other items to hold a small amount of ashes for each of the grandchildren. They also provided all the documents we needed for transporting the ashes

Winter hours changed to where they open at 10 am, showed up at 9 am, called and they let us in to collect my dads ashes.
