My dad unexpectedly passed away, and I flew to the Tri-Cities all the way from North Carolina. Einans greeted me with open arms during a very strange, and difficult time. I was in a time crunch, only had a week to get everything done. I requested to have my dad cremated so I could take him with me back to North Carolina. They worked with me on such short notice and delivered on the promise they made me. Thanks to them I get to personally take my dads ashes back with me to North Carolina, and gave me paperwork in case TSA questions me.

The staff are so caring and compassionate. Crystal Simmons is amazing and was so attentive to ensure every aspect and detail was covered and addressed.

The most heart breaking and difficult times in my life was loosing my wife of 45 years. Hillcrest funeral Service provided the burial and ceremony, they were very considerate and passionate about the treatment of my wife and all the members of the family and especially to me. It wasnt easy by no means but just seeing the service and courtesy they provided made a huge difference in this heart breaking day. I recently came to the funeral home for viewing of someone very special to me. I want to say whoever got her ready did the very best job. She look like she was sleeping. She wasn't over done with makeup she was so real life. Look so good. So whoever their makeup artist is and embalmer and whatever hands off to you you did an excellent job thank you for making the queen look beautiful.

I don't even know how to start this so I will start with what a beautiful place. My grandma passed away June 28th and they have been nothing but helpful. Joe helped us with most of the arrangements and he really helped ease the pain of losing my grandma. Which we definitely needed. They were all so good to my whole family I was introduced to Maddie which was also a very big help. We were such a mess as in not sure who was going to be pall barriers. That at the last min. They were able to add a name to our program so we didn't leave out a grandkid. Eric Benson (which deserves retirement) that works in the field was very helpful and they were all so kind. The only thing I would say that I would change would be the price. I can't believe some of the prices I also think they need to change how if you want a funeral on the weekend it's overtime. Jim Derting was absolutely amazing. When my mother passed I went to several. But the entire team here from start to finish made it so endearing. I was not present when the two gentlemen came to pick up momma but my brothers wife said they were so kind, gentle, caring, respectful, and professional all at the same time. We have had great services at desert Lawn. My Dad Is there, my grandma and two of my uncle's. My family was in the Army and they honor them there well . There's a wall with fallen soldiers and a special section for them also. I'm proud to have them all there. Nice having a place to see your relatives that have passed.

If youre ever faced with saying goodbye to a beloved pet, I cant recommend Muellers Paws enough. From the first call, their kindness was clear. Noah arrived quickly and treated my large Newfoundland (over 160 lbs) with so much care and respect when he picked him up from the vet for cremation. Heather helped me order a custom urn while I was crying and grieving. She was patient, gentle, and never made the process feel transactional. Im incredibly grateful for them. I was able to bring Denali home the very next day, and his urn arrived in under two weeks.

Omg,I lost my dog today (Brian) I was stuck at work and my roommates took him to a vet who was way overpriced and took him to you. I was stuck in traffic for 30 minutes. Yall need to know that Amy was amazing! She stayed open till I got there after closing time. She let me see my boy for the last time in a body bag. I lost my whole heart! Our family has used Mueller's Pet to Remember several times for our fur babies. Our fur babies have been treated with compassion and care throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Losing my wife was the hardest thing Ive ever been through, and I honestly didnt know how I was going to get through the logistics on top of the grief. The team at the Neptune Society of Kennewick helped more than I can put into words. Joe, in particular, was incredibly kind and patient with me. He took the time to explain everything clearly, never rushed me, and treated my wife with real dignity and respect. When my mind was foggy and I had to ask the same questions more than once, he never made me feel like a burden. I also want to mention the woman at the front desk  she was so gentle and understanding every time I came in or called. Even small moments of kindness mattered more than she probably realized. Ill always be grateful for the care they showed during one of the worst times of my life. They made sure my wife was honored and that I wasnt alone in the process.

We worked with the Neptune Kennewick after losing my brother. Joe walked us through the process and was very patient and respectful, which helped alot during such an emotional time. The front desk lady, Elizabeth (i think? was her name), was also incredibly kind. She always greeted us warmly and made sure we knew who to talk to and what was happening next. Nothing ever felt rushed or confusing. Its never easy dealing with loss, but they made it feel more manageable. I would absolutly recomend this funeral home to anyone needing cremation services in the tri cities.
