Losing my wife was the hardest thing Ive ever been through, and I honestly didnt know how I was going to get through the logistics on top of the grief. The team at the Neptune Society of Kennewick helped more than I can put into words. Joe, in particular, was incredibly kind and patient with me. He took the time to explain everything clearly, never rushed me, and treated my wife with real dignity and respect. When my mind was foggy and I had to ask the same questions more than once, he never made me feel like a burden. I also want to mention the woman at the front desk  she was so gentle and understanding every time I came in or called. Even small moments of kindness mattered more than she probably realized. Ill always be grateful for the care they showed during one of the worst times of my life. They made sure my wife was honored and that I wasnt alone in the process.

We worked with the Neptune Kennewick after losing my brother. Joe walked us through the process and was very patient and respectful, which helped alot during such an emotional time. The front desk lady, Elizabeth (i think? was her name), was also incredibly kind. She always greeted us warmly and made sure we knew who to talk to and what was happening next. Nothing ever felt rushed or confusing. Its never easy dealing with loss, but they made it feel more manageable. I would absolutly recomend this funeral home to anyone needing cremation services in the tri cities.
