It was a very nice and uncomplicated process. I was made to feel very comfortable talking a out my wishes and choosing a plan that meets those wishes. I highly recommend Neptune Society for cremation choices.
Neptune delivered. Everything in one simple straight forward plan. It doesnt look like there will be much at all my children will be responsible for at all. Then there was Anthony. Charming, sweet, clever, friendly sales person. He was professional when needed but reacted to a good joke. Two elderly crazy sisters who never stop talking would be a strain on anyone but Anthony was great. Im so glad finally got this decided and co-ordinated to save stress on my children when the time comes. I plan on living till 110, but surprises happen.
My contact with Neptune was very positive from the initial contact with Tim to follow up with Ben they were supportive and caring I recommend Neptune service and compassion was wonderful during this difficult time
