We used Dodds for our cremation needs. All of the employees at this facility were wonderful. Brian, the director, had reached out the day of my mother's passing, and was so kind, sympathetic, and empathetic. One of his assistants, Sierra, was so friendly and easy to talk to; answered all of our questions and was incredibly helpful. This is a wonderful facility and made this process incredibly easy, especially for living out of state.

Its so incredibly hard losing your family pup of almost 14yrs. We were so thankful for the option to cremate her at a fair price. Mountain View Pet Crematory made a hard and sad time a little easier for our family.

Hubby and I lost our Brandy on Jan 12. We were shattered and so sad and it was all so unexpected. We asked at the vet if there was a crematory service they recommended. I am so thankful they gave us the number for Mountain View. The lady on the phone was kind and very patient while I was crying and trying to get all the details out to her. In a week she called to say that Brandy was back at the vet's and we could pick her up. We had also ordered a desk top frame that contained a paw print on one side and space for a picture on the other. The tin that the ashes are in is so pretty and the frame is beautiful and the paw print is perfect. In addition everything was packaged so thoughtfully. I could see the care she had put into everything. Nothing will ever bring Brandy back but I want to tell you that these folks made this easier on us and I would tell anyone that your beloved fur baby is safe with them.
