Brian, the director, had reached out the day of my mother's passing, and was so kind, sympathetic, and empathetic. One of his assistants, Sierra, was so friendly and easy to talk to; answered all of our questions and was incredibly helpful. This is a wonderful facility and made this process incredibly easy, especially for living out of state.
