Our sister was living in West Virginia whenever she collapsed and was placed on life support. All of her family members lives in Southwest Virginia, Affordable Cremation was recommended by the Social worker at the hospital. I went on line connected them and filled out the paperwork on line. When she passed everything was taken care of. Rachel was wonderful to work with. Everything just went so smoothly. Our sisters ashes were returned to us in a beautiful wooden box. Everything worked out great, it was a relief to us that they handled everything so beautifully. Thank to all.

I could not have asked for kinder people to help me through the most difficult time Of my life, the loss of my husband. They helped me with their knowledge of the cremation and legal issues, they provided a list. No pushing just only what I needed. They followed up with me just to see how I was doing. I happen to get a hold of Dale at Elk Funeral Home by making random calls. With no hesitation he reacted quickly to come my rescue for my beloved sister and went above and beyond his call of duty. Everyone at Barlow Bonsall was so incredibly kind and helpful. They made everything as easy as possible for our family when my Mother in Law passed.

Callender Funeral Home handled my brother's homegoing service. They provided impeccable service all while showing compassion and genuine care during this difficult time. Mr and Mrs Callender helped me through what proved to be the hardest thing I have ever had to do. Mr Callender created a beautiful slideshow to honor my brother and Mrs Callender guided us through everything from the selection of flowers to the set up and placement of photos for the funeral. I will forever be grateful to the Callenders.

Mr. Callender agreed to take part in our caravan memorializing the many COVID-19 deaths we have suffered. He provide a beautiful black hearse with a window that allowed the flower bouquet to be seen. We drove slowly around the Capitol showing our need to be taken care of by the public officials who are not showing leadership and doing their job. Mr. Callender's warm and gracious demeanor surely shows in his work.

They made this experience easier by taking care of everything. My receipt came with a personalized letter with a beautiful poem. We did have a slight problem with the engraving that they fixed. Very caring group. Would highly recommend them.

Beautiful Cemetery. We really enjoyed watching the butterfly release. The grounds looked great and we really enjoyed taking with Jordan. He was very informative and helpful.

Went out to the cemetery today for Memorial Day. The grounds looked well kept; the maintenance crew do a great job. Also needed help locating a grave and Jordan took the time out of his day to help me find it. Very great staff all around! Would recommend using this cemetery for your final resting place.

Perfect day at Floral Hills Cemetery.I put flowers in Moms vase at the mausoleum! Also it was so nice that they released Butterflies while I was there! The butterflies were friendly with children and I. They crawled right on our fingers and flew away unharmed. I met with Jordan Franklin to get my info updated . He answered everything I asked about and gave me an updated copy for my records and a new planning guide. The grounds and all areas were neat and clean! The whole group there are nice and friendly!

They were all very professional and so kind. Made us all feel like family. They went above and beyond for my sisters funeral.
