There are no words that can truly express the gratitude my family and I feel for Wimberly Funeral Home. Losing my father, Jack Lamar Johnson, was the hardest moment of my life, and during that time of deep pain, they showed us nothing but compassion, patience, and love. They treated my father with the utmost dignity and respect, as if he were their own. Every step of the process was handled so gently and thoughtfully, and they never made us feel rushed or overwhelmed. Their kindness brought comfort to our family when we felt completely broken. Because of Wimberly Funeral Home, we were able to honor my fathers life in a beautiful and meaningful way. I will forever be thankful for the care they showed my father and for the support they gave our family during our darkest days. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants their loved one treated with true honor and care.
cannot express enough gratitude for the amazing service, love, and care that the Wimberly Funeral Home staff has shown to me and my family. Thank you for the dignity and compassion you extended to my late aunt, Mary E. Bailey. From day one of meeting with Mr. Chris Wimberly, to working with Mrs. F. Wimberly, and through every step of service from the moment of my aunt's pickup until the day of her memorial, the experience was truly outstanding. The personal phone call I received the morning of the memorial from Mrs. Wimberly brought me an unexpected sense of comfort and peace that I will always remember. Thank you, Wimberly Funeral Home, for carrying the love of God in your hearts and for serving families with such grace and compassion. - Kawanna Bailey
My experience with the personnel at Wimberly was fantastic! We miss our Mom but are so happy we made arrangements in advance with Wimberly. Administratively they are organized, communicate what is needed, when it is needed. Operationally, they received the call around 1:30am and arrived soon after. The personnel were very polite. They showed respect to our family, the household and clearly understood their role in this moment of grief we were experiencing so acutely. Other than wishing it all away, I could not have wished for anything better. Thank you Wimberly!

Memorial Park Funeral Home and their team is simply a heaven sent. They are angels walking among us. We lost my mama in August, and they provided us with so much support and compassion during the most tragic moment of my life. They held our hands and guided us during the entire process. They went above and beyond to ensure my mamas service was exactly how we desired. They explained all of our options and worked so quickly to arrange our service. There was never a moment where I had to worry or second guess any aspect of the process as this team ensured it was all taken care of. Alex and his entire team showed our family endless love and compassion. They cherished my mama and allowed us to give her the most beautiful send off to heaven. They continue to show my mama the same love even months later. I was gifted a memorium book in memory of my mama that was specifically custom made for our family a month after the service. I recently received notification that the their team donated to
We had to coordinate my Grandmothers funeral from out of town, that staff was very helpful and kind to our entire family. From the chapel service to the graveside service they were so respectful and accommodating.
We just had my mom's celebration of life for mom on Monday night, Alex and his team at Memorial Park Riverside Chapel was amazing!!! They went out of there way to help make the difficult process as easy as possible handling everything the cremation, setting up the chapel with all the flowers that were delivered, etc. The acoustics in the chapel are amazing, the online stream on facebook was perfect as we had many people that were not able to make it. They helped getting the flowers to the Catholic church, they handled the posting of the obituary and even some special requests we asked for as well. We highly recommend them Memorial Park Funeral Homes & Cemeteries North - Riverside Chapel. Thank you for making this difficult time easy. You are greatly appreciated.

This place is amazing
My daughter Pat West DeLong passed away on September 2, 2024 and the service was handled by the Main Funeral Home. She was the daughter of Marie Myers Albuquerque and Frank West. Wayne DeLong was her husband and she is survived by Matthew and Amanda DeLong. She is missed by her brother Frank West , Jr and Sherry Howell and many family members and friends. She is loved and missed by everyone. Ill see you again, my sweet daughter O
Prior to my dads death I had no exposure to funerals, funeral homes, or any sort of funeral planning. I had been to one funeral when I was 12 and that was it. I had heard horror stories of funeral homes taking advantage of your grief to upsell you as much as possible. I came into Memorial Park Funeral Home braced to keep a level head and hold my ground. My dad was a practical man and wouldve been livid if we spent a fortune on his funeral. But to my pleasant surprise, none of the things I had been warned about were true. From picking my father up at the nursing home where he passed to discussing different options for the viewing, memorial services, and cremations, not once did I feel I was being upsold. In fact, I was touched at how sincere the funeral directors were and how they went above and beyond to accommodate my familys cultural ceremonies. I was hesitant as I was also not familiar with Buddhist ceremonies and was working as the middleman and translator between the funeral d

They say funerals are never a spot of joy or happiness. Its never exciting to bury a loved one. But Youngs made this transition smooth and easy which shouldnt be possible considering the circumstances. I was never too close to my Uncle, he was the black sheep of the family, but we loved him none the less and seeing him leaving this earth behind was surprisingly difficult. My family cant thank Youngs enough for all the effort and care they put in to making our time of mourning as simplistic and unburdening as possible. Very professional group of people. I know my Uncle is looking down on us saying Youngs took good care of me!
Youngs funeral home was a bright light during our time of darkness.
Very Professional, courteous, and compassionate staff
