Mr. Charles Hicks was wonderful with my Godmother's prearrangement process. He was very polite, passionate, honest and professional in all aspects of our needs. The prices are also very reasonable and I am pleased with how he explained everything and even going through the itemization of all the options. I recommend Hicks and Sons to anybody who's in need.I helped with my loved ones arrangements in the past and I have to say this was the best experience I had ever had. Very nice staff. Very caring and compassionate

They were very compassionate and responsive. My furbaby passed on a Sunday, while they were technically closed. But the emergency line was answered right away and Ryan called me within 10 minutes to discuss arrangements. Ryan gave me all the pricing and option info and told me how to preserve my baby for the night. Ms. Vicki was so sweet and understanding at drop-off. She offered comfort and kind words. She also reached out to me after pick-up with more kind words and condolences. I 100% recommend Harts Petuary during a hard time like this.

Vicki and everyone who works here are amazing and take such loving care of your pets. I know they have mine. Max (canine) and Lily (canine) have been laid to rest here and today I get to take our precious Beru (bearded dragon) for his cremation.

I had a wonderful experience with them! They answered any questions I had, very professional, very caring! Sardis-Heard Funerals is a magnificent property with a historic and exquisite house. A large beautiful and rustic barn fills the back yard with a countryside charm. Sardis-Heard Funerals staff were warm, tender hearted and always well dressed. I recommend them to all families needing funeral services and planning in central Georgia.

When funeral-services are needed, I whole-heartedly recommend Sardis-Heard. I am confident that you, like our family, will be very happy with their services. Milton and Becky were caring and accommodating throughout the entire process. They explained the everything clearly and listened as family members gave input  and provided guidance when needed  which contributed to an experience that was peaceful and memorable. The setting  a beautifully restored home (built in 1820s), a barn and other amenities  was exceptional! It was inviting and comfortable for everyone who joined us. Thank you Milton, Becky and staff.

I have had to use them twice and both times they have been amazing. Went above and beyond for my family and myself for anything we needed. Both burials and services were beautiful. I would only recommend and use Snows for any funeral needs. They make a very tough time, a little more bearable.

The funeral directors and staff at Snow's were very helpful, in the pre-planning, the funeral arrangements and the funeral itself. They were considerate, respectful and thoughtful throughout the entire process and afterwards as well.
