The staff at H.M. Patterson & Son Arlington-Chapel are simply the best. They are very supportive, knowledgeable and most professional. I highly recommend their services.
It is hard enough losing a loved one. Then you also have to make funeral arrangements on top of it! We had used Patterson before when my parents and my husband passed. Once again they were prompt professional and caring. Matt was the person that assisted us and was helpful and displayed compassion as well as guidance. He did not try to use a hard sell approach with us which the funeral industry had been criticized for . Every detail was handled with dignity and attention to detail.As tough as this subject is, Patterson makes it as easy as possible through their employees!
