Our family recently used Heritage for a passing three days before Christmas. Despite it being the holidays, the staff at Heritage made themselves available for our needs, day or night, and never complained or remarked about "holiday schedules." They were compassionate and understanding with our unique situations (holiday timing, military honors, sending the deceased to another state - to name a few) and honest about what to expect in dealing with insurance, the V.A., and transporting our loved one out of state after the services. They honored our desires in every way possible and for that, I will FOREVER choose Heritage for my family needs!!!

West Cobb Funeral Home was so accommodating to me and my family after we suffered the tragic and unexpected loss of my husband. Casey was kind and patient as we navigated through the difficult task of creating a beautiful memorial service to honor his life. The team at faithful companion was amazing. I was inquiring about cremation for Lola (our 13 year Australian Sheppard mix) Marianne was so kind in explaining the process even worked with us in after math loss of my mom. She got my puppy for me and I am almost center that she was handled with dignity and care. I would not recommend any one else for this service. Marianne is an angel. Alvin was so nice when I went to pick Lola up. They included a sweet paw print of my girl. Recently, my husband of 33+ years unexpectedly passed away. His passing was a complete shock to my son and I. Being in complete shock and had no idea what to do. Many times in the past he told me he wanted to be cremated. I wanted to follow his wishes. I found the National Cremation Service of Atlanta. What a blessing it was to find them online. I blindly called them and spoke to Bonnie. Wow! What a surprise it was to have such a special person that promised to help me with the entire process. That statement turned out to be very true. Every question I had throughout the process was answered correctly and promptly. This cremation service is top-notch performing all the tasks for me that I had no idea about.
