Families First was incredible to my family during this hard time. It was not just a funeral home, Families First went out of their way to support my family. Everything we needed was provided without question. They set up everything, and let us focus on the hard part, grief. After the funeral, they checked up on us and had some kind words. I 100% recommend Families First if youre having to deal with the death of a loved one.

My family was referred to Families First my brothers hospice nurse. I would be The contact made each staff I came contact was encouraging. There was genuine concern throughout the process. The pricing for their cremation service was reasonable. The office was closed the weekend due to the anticipated winter storm that I was to have in person. But they were very accommodating and was held by phone.concern was extended pass cremation. I received brochures above grief an free counseling is available.. I would highly recommend this funeral and cremation services.

Ten stars **********. I had my mother's funeral service yesterday on Saturday. It was a great service experience there at Gamble. Especially funeral director Steve Traylor and funeral counselor Denise LaBontee were beyond exceptional from the beginning to the end and even a few questions after services were completed. The entire staff was compassionate, friendly, helpful, and extremely accommodating through the whole difficult time of losing someone so close to me. Losing my mother on Christmas Day was profoundly difficult. Being far away in Rhode Island made the arrangements even more emotional, yet Gamble supported me with kindness every step of the way. After a cancelled flight kept us from meeting on Saturday, they responded with understanding and flexibility, welcoming us on Sunday without hesitation. On Sunday morning, my brother and I met with the caring staff, who patiently explained every detail and respected our need to grieve. They gave us time to reflect and guided us in making decisions without pressure. Since New Years Eve was the only date available for her service, they ensured all arrangements honored our mothers memory and minimized stress. When I sent them the obituary we had written, they posted it with remarkable speed, knowing how much it meant for our loved ones to see it. Baker McCullough funeral home was such a blessing to me and my family. When my mom passed away we just walked into the funeral home with no appointment and asked to speak to someone. That is when we met Gary....he was so kind and flexible to just talk to us right then. We had already planned everything through a local funeral home that was supposed to send us information and 3 weeks had gone by and we heard nothing... Which is what made us stop in Baker McCullough.... Gary took down all of our information guided us through each step with kindness and patience... He let us know he would send us everything that we needed to do in an email. Within 2 hours of leaving the funeral home at 3:30 in the afternoon we received all of the information that Gary promised.. I was so shocked because the other funeral home had still not sent us anything and it had been 3 weeks. When my mom passed away she was very sick and looked very sick. I was very nervous about seeing her after the funeral home

Fox and Weeks made a difficult time so much easier. I cant say enough good things about their services. Funeral Director Phillip Breedlove handled every detail from beginning to end with professionalism and compassion. When my elderly father passed away (at 2:00 in the morning), two lovely gentlemen arrived within an hour to escort his body to its final resting place with dignity. F+W arranged for the obituary to be published in the newspaper and promptly provided me with multiple copies of the death certificate. Phillip made all of the arrangements for a gravesite service in Bonaventure Cemetery exactly as I wished, making the entire process effortless and lovely. They arrived early, set up beautiful fabric-covered chairs and a tent, and made sure that every detail was attended to. Phillip and his partner were dressed in dignified suits and added an elegant air my father would have appreciated. Thank you, Fox and Weeks, for providing such exceptional service during such a sad time.

Stephan and Elizabeth was absolutely amazing when we lost our cat, Chloe. They treated her like she was a member of our family, which was refreshing and appreciated. They took the time to discuss what we wanted and provided us with options. They even created a Tribute page just for our baby girl with photos that we provided. Once she was ready to be picked up, we provided them an urn we had purchased for her. Without hesitation, they transferred her remains and provided us with a clay imprint of her paw, a copy of her Tribute, and a website where we can order other items with her paw print on them. After we picked her up, Elizabeth continued to follow up with us periodically to make sure we were okay and to offer any assistance they could provide. It was such a touching experience. We definitely recommend them.

Anthony took care of our beloved cat Bella's remains with the ut-most amount of professionalism and compassion. The attention to detail accompanied with his deep empathy and understanding for our loss helped us feel a little more at ease knowing she was in good hands. I'd highly recommend his services when that unfortunate but inevitable time comes to all pet parents out there. My wife and I appreciate everyone at Rainbow Bridge.
