We lost our 14 year old dog and we were heart broken. Chip and Roman were so kind and respectful during such a devastating time. I called them the morning of us having to put our dog down and they were able to accommodate us within a few hours. Such a comforting experience knowing our beloved dog was in great hands through the entire process. I highly recommend Heavenly Paws.
Unfortunately, this is our third time using their services. Fortunately, they are just as compassionate and professional as the last time we used them many years ago. Our Shy Ronnie became severely ill and passed quickly with little suffering but we were devastated and are still grieving her passing. We loved the way Heavenly Paws helped us with our elderly cats when they passed away so we reached out to them again. The business had changed hands but the new folks were just as lovely as the previous owners. And theyre veterinarians so they understand what were going through. I picked up Shy Ronnies remains today and they did a beautiful job, as always. Im so grateful for their hard work and compassion. I havent added her photos into the frames yet but showing the urn and paw frames to give folks an idea what they offer.
My sweet Olaf passed almost a month ago . Roman was amazing every time I called . My sweet Olaf is home now with his sister . Thank you.
