My experience with the personnel at Wimberly was fantastic! We miss our Mom but are so happy we made arrangements in advance with Wimberly. Administratively they are organized, communicate what is needed, when it is needed. Operationally, they received the call around 1:30am and arrived soon after. The personnel were very polite. They showed respect to our family, the household and clearly understood their role in this moment of grief we were experiencing so acutely.
