I cant thank the staff here enough, my boyfriend lost his dog yesterday and I unfortunately was not able to be there with him. There was a slight language barrier that caused a miscommunication about their wishes to have her cremated and receive her ashes back, I spoke to Ashley and Vicky and they were both so kind and helpful with helping us change arrangements. I cant thank the staff here enough for their help
