This funeral home was outstanding from the 1st initial call until we picked my grandma up. When the guys came to get her body the night she passed they treated the entire situation as if it was their grandma with sympathy. I cant say enough good things about this funeral home and not to mention the prices are so reasonable compared to others. Thank yall so much for everything!

My family entrusted Affinity with the care of my brother, who passed away unexpectedly. The entire team was compassionate, informative, and patient with us in our time of overwhelming grief. Mr. David and Kimberly called me every step of the way to keep me informed of my brothers care. They did an AMAZING job. We couldnt have been more pleased. It poured down on us during his burial, and Mr. Terry stayed with us in the rain until the last drop of dirt was down, we laid flowers on top, and we were ready to leave the cemetery. His kindness meant so much to us. I would highly recommend Affinity with the care of your loved one. It put my mind and heart at ease knowing my brother received the upmost care and dignity as we prepared to send him home.

I wanted to make sure that Miss Kathy and Miss Ashley were specifically mentioned in this review because from beginning to end it was seamless and compassionate regarding the passing of my Uncle...though all of his siblings live here in Texas ( as do I) handling an out of state situation felt it would be stressful, but Kathy was more than understanding of all details and made my mother and I feel loads better about how my uncle was to be "laid to rest " so to speak... We are so grateful to have found this place and would recommend this funeral home over and over if you have unfortunately lost a loved one...these people will take care of you every step of the way.. So very grateful...

My MIL passed recently and we struggled with finding a place to have her cremated, one that was decent but also *affordable* and didn't charge an arm and a leg just to say our goodbyes before having her cremated. Richmond Coacb was recommended by another local place, and we are so glad we decided to go with them. Kathy and her team were amazing. The environment is very warm and welcoming, even if there for unfortunate circumstances. They cleaned up our loved one and made her look absolutely beautiful and covered her with a gorgeous quilt. I am grateful to the staff at Chiles Funeral Home for making one of the most difficult times of my life as simple and stress-free as possible. I would recommend them for your funeral needs. I contacted Chiles Funeral Home after the unexpected death of my mother. I knew that a burial was not an option and had no idea what to expect with a cremation. After calling around to a number of other funeral homes I spoked with Mr. Paul Matthews. He took the time to provide options for me on a traditional burial vs cremation. He answered all of my questions during my initial call and we scheduled a time to meet in-person to go over additional details. Mr. Matthews was patient throughout this process as my siblings and I decided what we wanted to do for our mother. It took us a while to make a decision but during this time there was no pressure. I was very very impressed with their efficiency, they worked together very well, they were extremely polite and professional, I cant say enough good things about them! I will definitely work with them again! They take the chaos of moving and make it much more smooth process!

It was a real blessing to deal with Jessica Le and Randall Duncan at a difficult moment for me, the death of my younger brother. It was especially difficult because I live in Boston and travel to Virginia was out of the question. They explained relevant issues very clearly and they were kind in dealing with my questions. Cremation Society of Virginia was efficient, caring and patient. There were no high pressure, guilt tactics, just simply asking what we envisioned and sharing ways they could help make it happen. We used their services for my father who died in 2017 and were so impressed. We chose to use them when my husband passed in 2025.

Scotts Funeral Home took good care of me and my family during my mom's passing and services. They came to Md. To pick up her remains..leaving early in the morning to arrive by 6am. She was treated with love and care. The staff was professional and took care of everything. I really appreciated it. Thank you Scotts for make a tough time a little less daunting.

We used Morrissett for my father-in-laws memorial service yesterday. We had Marisa and she was absolutely amazing. We are truly grateful for her and her care during one of the most difficult times we have gone through as a family. She was very compassionate and really went the extra mile for us. She heard us saying that we had some family members in Germany that we were going to send prayer cards to. She offered to double laminate some for us so we could be sure they hold up well on the trip overseas in the mail. She really put us at ease during the entire process.
