I contacted Chiles Funeral Home after the unexpected death of my mother. I knew that a burial was not an option and had no idea what to expect with a cremation. After calling around to a number of other funeral homes I spoked with Mr. Paul Matthews. He took the time to provide options for me on a traditional burial vs cremation. He answered all of my questions during my initial call and we scheduled a time to meet in-person to go over additional details. Mr. Matthews was patient throughout this process as my siblings and I decided what we wanted to do for our mother. It took us a while to make a decision but during this time there was no pressure. Brandon and Justin did a phenomenal job on my move today.
