I have been blessed to have Charles and his staff handle the passing of 4 loved ones throughout the years. Beyond caring and understanding throughout the whole process and went out of their way to accommodate me and my wishes. I could not ask for a more professional team who were willing to make the grieving easier and the planning stress free.

Having unfortunately planned a number of funerals in the past two years I can firmly say that Charles Parr and the staff at Parr are the most professional and organized group I have ever worked with. Not only did they feel like family, but they thought of everything from photos of all floral arrangements to a recording of the funeral to helping us curate a playlist. They made what was one of the most difficult weeks of our lives a bit easier.

They have been consistently professional as well as caring since are families stated dealing with them years ago. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

The folks here are great to work with. They made the planning of my dads funeral and the ceremony itself go smoothly. Afterwards, they kept in touch to offer help with grieving. Using them made a difficult time easier and more peaceful having great response and communication.

Meadowbrook is a beautiful and peaceful place. Well kept and maintained. The on site service was beautiful and the on site chapel was very peaceful and nice. We all felt comfortable and at ease knowing our special loved one was in such a beautiful place.

I cant give five stars. While the representative was nice to deal with when setting up the graveside service. I was a bit annoyed and embarrassed the day of the service at the cemetery. When my brother and were setting up for the graveside service for our mom, they told us the allotted 30 minutes. I was a little shocked at that. I have never been to a service that you were rushed along. Thats what happened the day of my moms service, the pastor finished, service was approx 30 minutes. We were greeting guests that came some we hadnt seen in a while we were able to talk to guests maybe 10-15 minutes then we were asked to move back multiple times so ground crew could come in. We chose to leave grounds then it was a bit embarrassing and rude. I completely understand there was another funeral a few hours later but that one was set up already. We wouldnt have been there for that long anyway. There is nothing that can be done now my Moms service is done and over bu

Well organized for the final business you will conduct for those in need of this type of business. The entrance to the building is in the rear, not the front. Plenty of parking available in the rear.

I am overcome with joy and tears with the professional service, support, dedication that was shown to me during the passing of my mother. Words can not began to express how easy the process was from beginning to end. Shelita ( correct spelling I believe) and her staff are amazing. This Surprising Suffolk Metropolitan Funeral Services were First Class, from the time that you walk into the door, until the time that you walk out of this spotless facility! The food was hot and ready as soon as we arrived! The entire serving staff were masked and gloved. They were very kind and friendly professionals. The decor was flawless and this venue was as clean as the Board of Health! They are tops in the business for being people friendly.

My dear sweet prince Chico passed unexpectedly over the weekend and this was the only place open on a Sunday and you were so nice and understanding. They explained everything and I would highly recommend you to anyone with a loved pet. I have gotten so many compliments on Chico urn and I am throughly truly pleased.

My dog emme passed away on 1 November. I call this company and talked with Mr. Johnson and they just closed that day and he was accommodating and made us an appointment on that Sunday. I recommend this company for the lost of you family pet. Thank you again Mr. Johnson
