They explained everything and I would highly recommend you to anyone with a loved pet. I have gotten so many compliments on Chico urn and I am throughly truly pleased.
My dog emme passed away on 1 November. I call this company and talked with Mr. Johnson and they just closed that day and he was accommodating and made us an appointment on that Sunday. I recommend this company for the lost of you family pet. Thank you again Mr. Johnson
