I wanted to make sure that Miss Kathy and Miss Ashley were specifically mentioned in this review because from beginning to end it was seamless and compassionate regarding the passing of my Uncle...though all of his siblings live here in Texas ( as do I) handling an out of state situation felt it would be stressful, but Kathy was more than understanding of all details and made my mother and I feel loads better about how my uncle was to be "laid to rest " so to speak... We are so grateful to have found this place and would recommend this funeral home over and over if you have unfortunately lost a loved one...these people will take care of you every step of the way.. So very grateful...

Kathy and Ashley helped my family through such a terrible time a difficult time losing my brother we are all in Texas and he was in Virginia he lost the battle but thanks to Kathy and Ashley at Richmond coach they helped us every step of the way kept me informed my family in Texas is so greatly appreciative of Kathy and her facility I want to thank Kathy from the bottom of my heart she and Ashley are amazing people and if I ever go to Virginia I will be making a stop at Richmond coach to give Kathy a hug my family cannot thank you enough thanks to Kathy and Ashley and everyone at Richmond coach you have our hearts and our gratitude forever..Mary Macheras(Cricket) God be with you

My MIL passed recently and we struggled with finding a place to have her cremated, one that was decent but also *affordable* and didn't charge an arm and a leg just to say our goodbyes before having her cremated. Richmond Coacb was recommended by another local place, and we are so glad we decided to go with them. Kathy and her team were amazing. The environment is very warm and welcoming, even if there for unfortunate circumstances. They cleaned up our loved one and made her look absolutely beautiful and covered her with a gorgeous quilt. I would 100% recommend them time & time again. Thank you, Kathy & team.
