Although funerals are not fun and are a stressful and sad time, Baker Post has been wonderful to work with. Unfortunately, I've been there twice in two years. The service is excellent. They are family owned and truly care. Pastor Dallas officiated both funerals and was absolutely wonderful to deal with. He is personable and is able to interject humor and light heartedness when the day is somber. Connor is great to work with and an impressive young man. They are family owned and you can tell. I would highly recommend their services.

I am more than appreciative with the help and compassion Carla and Todd provided my mother during her difficult process of making arrangements for my step father, Thomas Scrogham. Your compassion helped ease her nerves and helped her make the discussions she needed, when she was ready and to not feel rushed through them. Mom has called on Carla several times and she was there eager and willing to help her anyway she could. These are some very special and caring people. 5 stars isn't enough to express how I feel about Olde Towne Funeral Home. From the moment I stepped in I instantly felt comfortable and not as nervous as I was greeted by Carla. It didn't have that funeral home feeling at all and I was amazed and at ease with its down home feeling as I was led through the rooms to meet with Todd. The genuine compassion and care that was instantly shown by Carla and Todd helped me get through the pre-arrangements with ease. I knew what my husband wanted and Todd respected my decisions, kindly guided me every step of the way through the process, answering each question I had. When my husband passed, Carla was fantastic and went above and beyond to help me navigate the next steps, even taking on some of my responsibility herself to make it easier for me. What a blessing they both have been to me. I would highly recommend Olde Towne Funeral Home.

JD Ralph is awesome. He was the reason I chose this funeral home after a conversation in advance of my wifes death. This place was first class, from the time they came to my home the night of her passing until everything was finished. Everything was first class and for me it was the way he treated me and the compassion he showed in a truly difficult and devastating time for me and my family. Thank you JD!!

During the most unbearable time of my life, this funeral home truly became a place of comfort and support. From the very beginning, everyone was incredibly professional, compassionate, and attentive. I never felt alone. I truly felt like I had someone to lean on every step of the way. Todd took exceptional care of me, and the entire team (Mike, Kara, Eugen, JD, Jennifer, Kevin, and Denise) was amazing from start to finish. They handled everything with such grace and respect, and they created a beautiful, meaningful service for my husband. I want to sincerely thank the EM Team for the beautiful work they did on my beloved fathers burial site ledger. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are excellent, and it truly reflects the care they put into their work. Eastern Memorials did a great job with my dad's headstone. They had beautiful stones in stock and software that was very helpful in designing what to put on the stone. When a problem arose they were very helpful in fixing the issue and they were very timely with the instalation. The finished product is beautiful and they were super easy to work with. Highly recommend !

Everything was done properly in a timely manner. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

From setting up our meeting to finish Julie was amazing. She went through every question of ours, answered all if them completely. Also made suggestions that she thought we might be interested in as well as showing us different items. We had a design in mind that we wanted and she made it happen. Definitely would recommend her to anyone. Julie was the easiest person to deal with. Highly recommended.
