I want to extend my deepest gratitude to Old Town Funeral Home of Manassas for the exceptional service and compassion they showed my family during one of the most difficult times in our lives. From the very beginning, their professionalism and care were evident in every detail. A special thank you to Todd Myers, our funeral director, whose kindness and empathy truly touched our hearts. Todd took the time to gently walk us through the process, never rushing or overwhelming us, but instead offering clear guidance and genuine support. His calm presence and sincere compassion made us feel cared for and understood every step of the way. On the day of the funeral and burial, everything was handled with precision and respect. The team was on time, organized, and incredibly thoughtful. They made what felt like an unbearable day feel peaceful and meaningful. Although I would prefer not to have to use a funeral home in the near future but we know that life doesnt work that way&.I would 100%

I am more than appreciative with the help and compassion Carla and Todd provided my mother during her difficult process of making arrangements for my step father, Thomas Scrogham. Your compassion helped ease her nerves and helped her make the discussions she needed, when she was ready and to not feel rushed through them. Mom has called on Carla several times and she was there eager and willing to help her anyway she could. These are some very special and caring people. Thank you for all you have done for my mom and our family during this difficult time.

5 stars isn't enough to express how I feel about Olde Towne Funeral Home. From the moment I stepped in I instantly felt comfortable and not as nervous as I was greeted by Carla. It didn't have that funeral home feeling at all and I was amazed and at ease with its down home feeling as I was led through the rooms to meet with Todd. The genuine compassion and care that was instantly shown by Carla and Todd helped me get through the pre-arrangements with ease. I knew what my husband wanted and Todd respected my decisions, kindly guided me every step of the way through the process, answering each question I had. When my husband passed, Carla was fantastic and went above and beyond to help me navigate the next steps, even taking on some of my responsibility herself to make it easier for me. What a blessing they both have been to me. I would highly recommend Olde Towne Funeral Home.
