Such a great experience during a very hard time. I lost my father on New Year's Eve. I live in New York and had to handle everything for my mom who is in SC. His wishes were simple - cremation and scatter his ashes at home around the property he so loved. A simple direct cremation was all we needed. Every traditional funeral home I spoke with quoted very high prices even though I was very explicit that I just wanted a simple direct cremation. I got frustrated and decided to find a direct cremation-only service. John Michael picked right up when I called and helped me through the entire process. I quickly filled in info and paid online. Ben and Michael came immediately to the house and were excellent with the removal (my mom does not like strangers being around and she was very comfortable with them). I flew down and was able to spend some time with my father at the crematory before the cremation where I was able to place some special items with him in the cremation container. Mr Bev Ke
