They made us extremely comfortable and made the process easier. I would recommend them to anyone who needs careful help. They were friendly, informative and very helpful. So glad we chose Dunbar Funeral Home.
Very friendly and helpful. Very nice place and uplifting nit like what funeral homes used to be like giving a down feeling.
Dunbar staff members exhibited the utmost compassion and support for our family during our difficult time with my father's passing. My father's service was beautiful and they honored his life. Mike at Dunbar Northeast was exceptionally supportive. He handled so many issues for us - he was so very kind and gracious. William and Greg assisted us with finalizing my father's arrangements by coordinating with the Fort Jackson National Cemetery and the Military funeral detail, processing the documents for my father's death certificate, taking the burden off of us. We are very grateful for all their assistance, compassion, professionalism, understanding, and sensitivity. My husband and I have already made our arrangements with Dunbar - this brings us peace that our children and grandchildren will someday also receive Dunbar's kindnesses.

Amy and Tally went above and beyond at my dear friends funeral on Saturday, November 22, 2025. A local florist was supposed to put some special roses in an arrangement that was delivered but had failed to do so. Amy and Tally didnt hesitate to drop everything and go out to get the roses (at their own expense) to put me at ease at a very difficult time. What was a small gesture to them meant the world to me. Thank you so much!
I want to extend my deepest gratitude to the staffespecially Robert, Pam, and Amyfor their extraordinary kindness, attentiveness, and compassion. From the very beginning, they were completely in tune with our familys individual needs and made us feel genuinely supported during such a difficult time. They truly went above and beyond to help us personalize my grandmothers funeral in a way that truly honored who she was. Their thoughtful idea to incorporate what she loved most about life into her service were so dear and thoughtful. Our thoughts and their vision made the service feel warm, meaningful, and incredibly special. Every detail they helped us create felt intentional and heartfelt, and their gentle guidance brought us so much comfort. We are deeply appreciative of their professionalism, empathy, and care. We even received a personal card from Robert after the services. Thank you, Robert, Pam, and Amy, for helping us celebrate my grandmothers life in such a beautiful and p

Dunbar provided a beautiful service for my wife. They took care of everything from helping the family write an obituary that captured exactly what they wanted to say too ensuring I had all the legal documents I would need in an expeditious manner. What made the quality of the service stand out even more is the fact my wife wanted a small service yet I believe we received the same level of professionalism and compassion we would have done had the event been many times larger. It is not hard to understand why Dunbar has been in business for as many years as they have.
Happy to work with William Lynch. A feeling of relief to get it finalized. Painless.

Brittany and her staff were absolutely amazing! My sister and I recently lost our father. We had never been through anything like this before, emotions were high within the family, and we were stressed. They took incredibly good care of us, like we were their family. Seriously, I can't recommend Thompson enough.
You all put on a fantastic ceremony for my grandfather yesterday. Thank you and I really appreciate the hospitality!
