My husband and I are incredibly grateful to Jessie and David for everything they did to make my brother-in-law's service perfect. Whether it was just a phone call or email away, or simply reassurance that everything would be alright, the two of them made it go as smoothly as possible. We are grateful for all that they did for us. Despite having one of the most difficult professions imaginable, Jessie and David are able to maintain their warmth and grin. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you both. There are no two greater people in the world to assist you in saying goodbye to a loved one.

Eggers was amazing and made our funeral and arrangements as smooth as possible. We were from out of town so they took care of the details so that we could focus on other parts of getting ready for the service. They had a personal touch that was comforting and they really cared for us like family! I lost my Mom and was devastated. I went with my 90 year old father and brother to make arrangements and Lori Posey was absolutely amazing dealing with us during this grief. She was so caring, kind, and patient. She explained everything that we needed to do so carefully. She provided me with her contact number for questions. She fixed my Mom to look like herself even with all the damage to her face, and she just showed how sincerely she cared about all of us. Her kindness and attention to every detail was so appreciated. It made things so much easier for our family. She felt like a friend at a time when we all needed that. I am so grateful.

In reading a couple of other bad reviews, I felt compelled to write my own, because those dont reflect MY experience at all. This funeral home recently handled the services of my Father, and I was VERY pleased with the professionalism of Mr. Hicks from beginning to end. Im sure all businesses have issues, and problematic employees, but Everything went very smoothly for my family, and only errors they made in the initial obituary needed correction, which he immediately addressed, and made sure the corrections were properly made!!

When it comes to death, it is never planned and never to the degree that happened with my mother. Trying to find places to be able to do her cremation was hard for a family like mine that doesn't have a lot of money when it comes to things like this. E.L. Collins, with the help of Mr. Rod, turned the crestfallen grief of losing my mother into a place of not only peace but a place that you can always depend on to be punctual with any questions or concerns you might have for a passed loved one. Be able to guide you like they did with my mom through one of the most challenging times in my life, into something that I can say that put honor on my mother and took great care of her through her transition to the afterlife. You won't find a more caring or compassionate mortuary anywhere else, the team at Palmetto in Spartanburg is top notch. Maggie in particular was fantastic, walking is through every step of the process, patiently answering all of our questions, and suggesting options that fit within our budget rather than trying to up-sell and make more profit. They made a difficult time in our lives as easy as possible, and for that we are forever thankful to Maggie and her team.

My family has always used Floyds services. Most of my family is buried at Greenlawn. When my husband recently passed away, I knew they would be my go to. Scott and his team were so professional and compassionate. They were able to coordinate the most beautiful military service for my husband who was a Marine Corps veteran. My mother-in-law recently passed away. She had requested that Floyds handle the funeral because she had been pleased with their services in the past. Aida helped our family and I must say that we were all extremely pleased with her and the service she provided throughout the entire process. We felt comfortable with her from the moment we met her. She went above and beyond in helping us plan the funeral and was extremely understanding when we were last minute getting the obituary and photos for the video to her! I know that planning a funeral is not something that anyone wants to do, but I can honestly say that Aida made everything very stress free because she was so knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely caring.
