Pricing & details updated October 2026
Such a great experience during a very hard time. I lost my father on New Year's Eve. I live in New York and had to handle everything for my mom who is in SC. His wishes were simple - cremation and scatter his ashes at home around the property he so loved. A simple direct cremation was all we needed. Ben and Michael came immediately to the house and were excellent with the removal (my mom does not like strangers being around and she was very comfortable with them). Cremation providers often collect from surrounding towns, hospitals and hospices as well, but coverage and any mileage charge vary — ask Upstate Cremation Services whether they serve your address and what transportation is included in the price.
How do I get an itemized quote from Upstate Cremation Services?
Call Upstate Cremation Services at +1 864-682-4161 and ask for their General Price List. Under the FTC Funeral Rule, any funeral provider must give you an itemized price list on request and must quote prices over the phone. Line the same items up across providers — the cremation fee, transportation, the basic container, filing the death certificate and certified copies — so you are comparing like with like.
