Having no idea where to go when my other passed away, I turned to google to help me find somewhere. I wanted a small family owned place that could help me through the process of cremation, and I am so happy with my choice. They were so helpful, and compassionate, and gave me advice on dealing with everything, above and beyond their role. I can't say enough nice things. While I hope I don't ever need their services again, if I do, they are my first call.

From the moment we first reached out, they were incredibly helpful, compassionate, and professional. Every person we spoke to was knowledgeable and patient, always ready to answer our questions and offer guidance, no matter when we called. During one of the hardest times in our lives, they handled everything  from logistics to finances to emotional support  with compassion and expertise. Their kindness made us feel safe, supported, and truly cared for. They had our backs through it all, and we never felt alone. We have nothing but wonderful things to say! They treated us like family, and we will always remember the way they took care of us during such a painful time.

I highly recommend DellaVecchia, Reilly, Smith & Boyd Funeral Home. I lost a parent and was not prepared and didn't know what to expect. The staff welcomed me and my siblings with open arms and helped us every step of the way. It was a smooth process from start to finish. We never felt pressured, they allowed us all the time we needed to make decisions. They are very caring and treat you and your loved ones like family. They even followed up with us a few weeks later, as we were still grieving, to see if there was anything they could do for us. They truly care!

Great experience working with Jim Huf all around -- from beginning to end along with changing my mind on a casket. He was super patient with me. My family has used Donohue for years and years and we plan to continue doing so.

Donohue Funeral Home in West Chester was very professional and responsive to me and my children in all aspects of the funeral arrangements for my late husband. Our personal requests were provided without hesitation. Donohue was very sensitive to our grief which I greatly appreciated.

I dont think I can find the words in a review of how amazing this company was! I had to put my doggy soulmate down unexpectedly. To be honest. I had never dealt with something so horrible. When they were asking all the questions about his cremation; urn; name; etc I was not ready and not really thinking. They had asked if I wanted a paw print and I originally said no. I had received a text the following morning around 8 that if I would like to make any changes to call them within 4 hours. I didnt wake up until about 4 1/2 hours and called right away to add the footprint. However, we just had a really bad snow storm and things were a little whacky everywhere. About 3 days later I had received a call that they werent able to get Chiraqs paw print; I had known this may have been the case; and that they would like to offer me something. I hesitated calling the lady back. But I did! She asked me to send my favorite picture of Chiraq and she would have it etched in a glass ornament FREE

They were absolutely wonderful after our dog passed. They handled him with love and care.

After my cat Daphne died, I made a mistake and overpaid for her aftercare items. I spoke with Paul, and he took care of everything for me. My account was refunded the next day. Paul was kind and patient and understanding, all of which I appreciated at that sad point in time. Many thanks to Paul and to Abbey Glen!
