Beinhauer came highly recommended and I am happy to say it lived up to its reputation. The folks here are incredibly caring and professional and went the extra mile to walk us through a difficult process. Extra special thanks to Emily and Laurel for their care and expertise.

We worked primarily with Ashley and she was a through-and-through professional. She made the entire process as comfortable and simple as possible and went above and beyond to help us resolve tangential problems. The other staff members we worked with were similarly kind and helpful.

My family and I couldn't be more satisfied with the care and concern we received with the death of my wife. She died at home and the entire process was handled with respect and dignity for both my wife and the family in attendance. Steve O'L. was outstanding in his compassion, sympathy and concerns of our needs during this very tragic time. The entire staff acted in the same manner. The entire process went smoothly and was not rushed. We were given the time we needed to both grieve and make the necessary decisions. We strongly recommend the Beinhauer organization for when the need arises.

My mom passed recently from cancer, it was pretty unexpected. She didn't have much together as far as a plan for what might happen after, she just wasn't the kind of person to plan for that, she loved life and wasn't expecting to pass. She didn't have much at the end of her life, it's a surreal feeling to think most of the belongings of one of the most important people in your life could fit in a night stand. As she never got remarried and I was the oldest child, it was my job to figure out what to do. I consulted friends and family and we thought a direct cremation might be the way to go while we figure things out. Society doesn't give you a ton of time to figure out this sort of stuff so I got all her personal information together and we set up a cremation with a memorial that we will plan later this spring when the eldest family can make it during warmer weather. I had asked for recommendations in the Pittsburgh area for inexpensive cremations on Reddit as I was paying out of pock
