Adrienne, her father Mark and brother Francis have continued their family legacy of compassion after many decades. I cannot express how grateful I am for their dedication and attention to everything I needed. They definitely go above what you'd expect and they do it with grace.

They have always been great with all of the services for my family. When deciding to do the prearrangement I never considered going anywhere else.

We chose to preplan my mother's funeral at Orlando Funeral Home and we could not be happier. The preplanning meeting with John Orlando was compassionate and thorough as he navigated us through a very hard and difficult time. He made the options easy to navigate and was very upfront about pricing and shared his professional opinions. As things progressed with my mother's dementia, Michele Orlando was available for any questions and helped us with any loose ends. She came to our house numerous times to answer questions and walked us through the process of a Catholic funeral mass. I asked her to limit our options for reading and music and she provided her favorites. She made recommendations, took the information and printed the programs, spoke with the priest, singer and musician, so that we really didn't have to do a thing but show up. My mother passed in the middle of the night and Hospice made the call. My mother's body was picked up and taken in a caring and gentle way. Michele called

A big thank you to Dennis at Schmidt Funeral Home for taking such great care of my family at the time of my grandfather's passing. He seemed to have an innate understanding that attention-to-detail goes a long way during a time of grief. When my grandmother, mother, and I met with Dennis the day before the funeral to get everything planned, he greeted us at the door, introduced himself, and expressed heartfelt condolences. All of our shoulders dropped a little because we immediately felt like we'd be in good hands. During the meeting, he communicated the details clearly, kindly, and patiently, knowing this was a sensitive time. He worked efficiently to pull the funeral together last-minute, coordinating with vendors so that we wouldn't have to worry. My grandmother, especially, was so grateful that he made the planning of the funeral so smooth. We walked away feeling like we were doing something very special to honor my grandfather. My father recently passed away unexpectedly. I think in times of emotional crisis, like upon hearing that youve lost a loved one, its imperative to be treated with honesty, empathy, and professionalism and to be given accurate & timely guidance as you navigate that difficult process. Every member of the staff was great, very attentive to detail, super helpful.

This place is different than a regular crematory. When you walk on the premises, there is a serenity that puts your heart and mind at ease. The grounds include walking pathways leading to a wooden bridge and upper deck. From here, you can see a gentle stream that flows, with a water fountain at one end. All around are various stones, benches, walls, and bricks that represent loved ones. Many come just to enjoy the scenery. The staff is very helpful, does not put pressure on decision making, displays options, listens to your stories and needs, and most of all, is truly sympathetic. I trusted them with a loved one and have not regretted it.

Karen was awesome and the place itself is excellent. We had alot of people and was more than big enough. also has a kids room for a quick step out.

I can not thank Chris for everything he did for my brother. He was very helpful and did everything he could to ease our minds with this process. Hes so caring and nice. I would recommend him to anyone. 4 stars for lack of communication. I keep calling trying to get someone to answer me back and they keep writing my info down but no one gets back to me. Its been over a month now and I still havent received the death certificate
