It has been several months since I've been to the funeral home, but I needed some time to get my thoughts together. Most of the story about how I came to meet Mr. Hummel is not mine to tell, however, I will relate a little of it. I reached out to the funeral home after a long and exhaustive search to locate the remains of a loved one that had not been claimed at the time of death. The staff of the funeral home, including and especially Mr. Hummel himself, were so patient and compassionate throughout the entire process; it made an arduous task much easier. Having unfortunately had occasion to meet with and speak to a number of funeral directors, I can say with some certainty that Mr. Hummel is the kindest, the most generous of spirit, with a warm and humble manner that would make me feel safe having him handle my arrangements or those of a loved one. At a very difficult time, he and his staff were unfailingly kind, and for that kindness I am forever grateful.

I recently completed preplanning arrangements working with Travis. He was very helpful and thorough answering all my questions. He was compassionate and understanding of my concerns and needs. I recommend Aumans for preplanning and final services as we utilized them for many family members Their care and compassion at difficult times is excellent.

My husband passed away very recently and I was overwhelmed but Bean handled everything. I worked with Tyler and Amy and they were absolutely wonderful. They were extremely compassionate, knowledgeable, and kind. They were always available for any questions or help that I needed. They were so thoughtful and went above and beyond any expectations I had. I would give them and Bean more than five stars if I could. I very highly recommend Bean.

The Reading Cremation Society is excellent. Mark is very kind and compassionate, and they do such great job. If ever Mark is not there, he returns calls very promptly. I know he is a busy man, but he is always kind and patient. My father recently passed, and Mark was so understanding.

Fred and his team were overwhelmingly kind and supportive with my mother's passing. There is a graciousness about the facility. Sanders accommodated our every request and made the incredibly difficult process more bearable.

Loss of a loved one is very difficult for everyone. The people here were always available and extremely nice. I called them and they took care of everything for us. John explained how things work and returned our calls promptly. He even drove to my house to deliver dad's flag and extra certificates. We had no issues. It was the smoothest process we have experienced at such an emotional time.

On behalf of my family, Id like to extend my appreciation to Jake with the passing of my grandfather recently. He was thorough, compassionate and always asked if we needed anything further or had questions. Our family was in good handsd
