I did everything over the phone - it was quick and easy. Very nice people to work with. And they follow up personally afterwards to check on how youre doing. Their caring support was so appreciated!!!
I had a calm professional experience with the initial phone call of inquiry of how to proceed thru the ins and outs of pre planning. Once I signed on for their services I felt confident in my decision. There was no pressure whatsoever. Once we needed their final services it was all accomplished smoothly. They have reached out to me with phone calls to give their condolences and to see how I was doing. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

Taylor Fulk especially gave me the comfort and support I needed during this very difficult time. And I Thank her for that. I would definitely recommend anyone who is having a hard time deciding where to go or who to turn to that they reach out to Charles Snyder for the staff there really care not only about the job they do and the person they are doing it for but also the loved ones of the deceased as well. Thank you Charles F Snyder. - Doritta Nunn
You guys have been wonderful. Helping us along the way at this sad time and guiding us through with what needed to be done. You are very compassionate and caring
Recently, I had the opportunity and desire to make my pre arrangements with the Snyder Funeral Home. I requested the presence of Chad Snyder to which he agreed. Inaddition to Chad, Kelly Gramola Townsend was present. What could have been a difficult and uncomfortable situation, was not at all. Both Chad and Kelly put me at ease and not only did I feel no pressure or discomfort, I felt very listened to. They had informed responses for my questions and took detailed notes of all my comments and requests, particularly those having to do with matters of Faith. I left my appointment feeling that a weight had been lifted. My motherhad done me the favor of having pre arrangements and I wanted to do the same for my spouse and children. Now I feel secure that my intimate wishes for the final milestone of this life will be enacted with dignity and grace. Thank you Chad and Kelly. Nancy Val Kambouroglos

So very much personal and compassionate help during a time of so much stress and confusion. Brian took the lead and arranged so many things when both of my parents passed. Thank you and God bless&Robert
Its never easy having to say goodbye to a loved one, But finding a compassionate funeral home helps make the transition a lot more bearable. That is why we choose to go with DeBord from the very first phone call we were met with kindness and respect. My sister wasnt a price tag but respected as a human. Jeremy took his time and walked us through every detail never making us feel rushed but valued and seen. ( You cant teach compassion its a giving.) DeBord took great care of us all and especially my sister while in their care.. My family and I will forever be grateful and thankful for your service to us..
Debord Snyder truly provided exemplary service during the recent passing of my dear friend. Their ability to manage the details of the obituary, the funeral service and the graveside burial were such a comfort. Truly, I felt as if I was not alone in this planning but that they were there to lend a hand as well as orchestrate events. Brian was available at any time for my questions. I've worked with larger funeral homes when my parents passed away and did not feel as personally cared for as I did by Debord Snyder.

Groff Funeral Home put our family at ease with the transition of our mom passing. Jean was compassionate, empathetic and caring especially with the loss hitting my dad extremely hard. She went above and beyond in the preparation and diligence with the service and memorial. The entire staff was a blessing to our family. Jean has a special calling in the field that she's in. The only thing left to say is that mom would have loved her.
Groff Funeral Home provided exceptional support during a difficult time. While we can prepare for these moments, unexpected circumstances can arise, and the guidance and compassion of their team made a world of difference. The entire staff, especially Jean, showed unwavering professionalism and genuine care. I am incredibly grateful for their undivided attention and the compassionate service they provided. I highly recommend Groff Funeral Home for their professionalism and heartfelt compassion.
