I cannot say enough about Garrison and The Good Funeral Home. My mom passed away a little over a month ago. I live two hours away and knew nothing about the process. Garrison guided me from start to finish. He communicated daily with emails, texts, and phone calls. He was very kind and compassionate. He answered all of my questions and helped with anything I needed. The funeral itself was beautiful. I have received many comments from family and friends. They took care of everything from the music, video, flowers, etc. This month has been terribly hard emotionally, but they provided more than I could have ever hoped for. Thank you!

Jeff & staff took care of our dad during a horrible time. My dad looked like the dad I knew years ago. During a tough time Jeff made us feel like family, we could joke around like my dad enjoyed, and it all went well.... for a funeral. Lol. He carried out my dads wishes & that's all that mattered. Thanks for taking care of our dad, Jeff & staff!
Jeff Somers and his staff are wonderful to work with plus Jeff worked with my inlaws years ago on preplanning honestly then it was just about following what was already planned out. I highly recommend if possible for families to do preplanning it makes it alot easier for your love ones.
Jeff and his team were absolutely amazing! My family had a very hard couple months. They were so patient with our large group and all of our questions and concerns. Jeff listened to every little detail that was mentioned (even when we didn't realize it). I cannot express enough how greatful we are. Thank you all!

The rose hill funeral home in Altoona Pa Did a good job doing my Grandma Jo's Viewing and funeral service on the same day on Monday June 2, 2025 and I'm so happy that Did her service there
Rose Hill did a wonderful job helping our family through a difficult time. They were organized, understanding, and took care of everything with professionalism and care. Were grateful for how smoothly everything went and for the kindness they showed to our family.
Back when Rose Hill was first founded and constructed it was a grand cemetery, Im so glad to see the new management is moving in the right direction. There were a couple years back it was privately owned. Im not gonna mention any names, but the money was not being spent properly and or held properly. My mother had to go up and actually cut the grass around her mother, her father and her brothers plots. Personally, I would love to see the construction of a mausoleum or two. I was a part of a group and my grandfather was a veteran. Honoring them as we should we placed flags at their plots on Veterans Day. I would like to personally thank, Blair Candy Family, I knew he was the owner despite his humbleness, but I personally worked sections with him, placing the flags, and I could see his love and respect he shared with myself for that cemetery. He worked very hard alongside us. I believe his son was there too. But dont quote me on that. Now this is for whomever is taking care of Rose
