I dont think I can find the words in a review of how amazing this company was! I had to put my doggy soulmate down unexpectedly. To be honest. I had never dealt with something so horrible. When they were asking all the questions about his cremation; urn; name; etc I was not ready and not really thinking. They had asked if I wanted a paw print and I originally said no. I had received a text the following morning around 8 that if I would like to make any changes to call them within 4 hours. I didnt wake up until about 4 1/2 hours and called right away to add the footprint. However, we just had a really bad snow storm and things were a little whacky everywhere. About 3 days later I had received a call that they werent able to get Chiraqs paw print; I had known this may have been the case; and that they would like to offer me something. I hesitated calling the lady back. But I did! She asked me to send my favorite picture of Chiraq and she would have it etched in a glass ornament FREE
They were absolutely wonderful after our dog passed. They handled him with love and care.
After my cat Daphne died, I made a mistake and overpaid for her aftercare items. I spoke with Paul, and he took care of everything for me. My account was refunded the next day. Paul was kind and patient and understanding, all of which I appreciated at that sad point in time. Many thanks to Paul and to Abbey Glen!
