The staff was very helpful and friendly. I only wish they would have been more informative as to what urn we could throw into the sea. We bought a biodegradable flower and the ship's captain almost didn't let us use it. He said he has never had something like that and very reluctantly let us use it. He also didn't stop the ship when it was time to scatter the ashes.

And, the preplan packages are a value given the cost of services these days. It is comforting to know that all the arrangements would be properly managed with no surprise additional costs, especially during such stressful times.
