Neptune Society truly is the best service. I consider the "preplan packages" essential as they provide peace of mind that Neptune will handle all the necessary arrangements once that time comes. And, the preplan packages are a value given the cost of services these days. It is comforting to know that all the arrangements would be properly managed with no surprise additional costs, especially during such stressful times. I have engaged the services of Neptune a few times. Rich Hustus was taking care of our needs most recently. His sincerity, caring of the situation and communication throughout the process was excellent. Something that can truly be appreciated.
