After a sudden death in the family, the care and compassion shown by Andy and the staff at Heritage was everything you could ask for during such an awful time. I dont write reviews often but I needed to publicly acknowledge how carefully our needs were handled. All of our questions were answered with patience and understanding. The price was fair, compassionately discussed and transparent throughout the entire process. Our feelings of grief were always put first in every step. I feel good knowing my loved one was treated with dignity and care by people who didnt even know him. Thank you Andy and the staff at Heritage.
Andy and his staff were amazing. From the planning stage 18 months ago until the time of need, we knew we were in good hands with Heritage. They truly live up to their promise to treat you like family.
OH MY what can we say that would adequately express how wonderful these folks are. Andy made a VERY difficult time in our lives, almost bearable. To say Heritage went above and beyond for us is an understatment! For instance, Andy wrote the obituary when we couldn't and he also forwarded it to the out of state news paper. Months afterwords we had a paperwork situation with Arlington Cemetery and Andy was there to do whatever we needed. Besides that, they are professionals with a compassion that is so very genuine.

Very professional , compassionate and accommodating
Top notch in customer service and care. If you want it done right, professionally, and with the support you need (or didnt know you needed), call them.
My family and I had a very pleasant experience planning my mother's funeral. The staff were very caring and understanding and did an excellent job preparing my mom for her viewing. I could not have asked for better service. I highly recommend them to make this terrible time, a more bearable one. Thank you.

Dawn is a asset to your business. She has worked with us to give us what we wanted and needed for our son. She helped us honor him the way he would have wanted. Dawn also worked with us with a memorial for family that is out of state, from creating and sending it to be placed in ohio.
Dawn is absolutely amazing and a class act. In what is the most difficult time for many, its important to have support in a process that is difficult. Everyone we worked with was compassionate and did everything they could to make a horrible situation as best it could be. Dawn especially has been most accommodating in every step of the process. Could not recommend this place enough.
Dawn Morris, Family Service Counselor, was wonderful to deal with. We were unsure of how we wanted to inter my sister-in-laws ashes. Dawn explained the many options available in an easy to understand manner. She helped us find a location close to other family members. We really appreciate Dawns caring and kindness.
